STS First 50 customers who pay £3,995 + VAT upfront will receive a full refund of that first-year payment when STS reaches 500 paying manufacturing customers.
There is no promised date for reaching 500 customers. Full eligibility terms will apply.
STS First 50 customers who stay with STS will receive a preferential renewal rate unavailable to future standard customers.
You will not just use STS. You will help us make it better. All STS First 50 customers will have structured opportunities to give feedback and influence how the programme develops.
We also intend to establish a representative customer council of around 8 to 10 manufacturers meeting quarterly. A voice, not a governance role.
